We want you to love your First to Eleven merchandise! If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

1. Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized products are final sale and not eligible for return.

3. Return Process
To request a return, please email us at first2eleven@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

4. Shipping Costs
Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item. It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
